It is getting fuel to the One injector???? Is a line pinched??? Plugged fuel filter??? Check the fuel pump relay???? Fuel tank vapor locked???

It's a Jeep thing......" :rotfl2: You might have just had a vacuum lock in the fuel line, and doing the pressure test, "unlocked" it :hmm: It's always the easy fixes that work out the best......K.I.S.S........ :brows:
