I've been looking for inner fender liners for months. Everything at the JYs are busted up etc. I found these today. Not bad quality and the fit is decent enough. The best part is they were only $12 each.

Uhh, so, can you tell us where you got them?? Thanks........

At some point someone had mentioned posting up some details when I installed the H4 lights and harness. I picked the AutoPal lights up on Ebay. Glass housings and roughly half the price Hellas or IPFs. Also picked up a harness.

The harness and hardware...

I ran the harness in front of the radiator, with the relay and power connectors on RH side...

On the LH side, tape up the old head light plug and push it in behind the bucket and out of the way. Pull the new socket through.

Both new light sockets have to be grounded. The ground wire on the new harness is kind of short, but the bolt on the upper radiator support is in the perfect spot. I did this on both sides...

On the RH side the harness plugs into the old head lamp socket. It's recommended that you tape this connection as well...

And push the new connector through the back of the bucket...

Plug in the relays...

And make the positive power connection. I'm going to run these through an add on fuse box instead of straight off the battery...

Installing the lights is pretty straight forward...

Install the bulbs...

and the rubber boot...

Install the assemblies and you're done...

Nice Job! I really like that light bar, makes the truck look tough  You'll have to let us know how bright those lights are once she's running.

They are made by Crown, they went on export XJs. Part numbers are (Left) 56000853 and (Right) 56000852. Picked mine up at Morris 4x4 Center, The pics for the lights on their website are wrong.

I've spent a little of my last days working on this factory mess. Thinking about a PDC of some type? I'll post up the end results instead of boring you with the useless details.

My boys and my niece and nephew are now driving...

I may have had a small influence on their vehicle choices. My niece's MJ parked down the street...

This came in today. Got to represent...

Spotted this jewel on CL today...

Gave him a call, and $80 later I scored this...

Paint's a little rough, but no dents or dings and the mounts are solid. Pretty pumped about finding one been looking for a while.

The following is from the past couple months up until tonight:

I've spent the time I've had over the past few weeks working on my engine wiring. Standard issue Renix relays/fusible links...

Wonderful factory splices...

The idea is to do away with the fusible links and work out any issues in the underhood harness making notes as I went...

The splices I would unwrapped, cleaned, soldered and then re-wrapped with some 3M silicone tape...

Underway...

I went with a '96 ZJ, PDC mostly because the main wire bundle exits the side. Wiring labeled and underway...

90% of the wires reconnected...

with about 6 feet of shrink tube...

Relays and Fuses in...

The diagram shows the most current layout of the PDC. It includes the fuses and relays for my offroad lights as well as a few open spots for future use. The only relays not included are the 2 for the H4 high and low beams...

Bundling the wires

The 2 heavy gauge wires are for the alternator feed, stock V-8 ZJ...

My booty fabbed bracket for the PDC. It's a pieces from both the old Renix bracket and a '95 XJ. I cut most all of the bracket that held coolant reservoir away except for a small section in the front...

The H4 relays will be mounted on this section...

Made a power lead out of welding cable...

Running flex tubing...

I hid most of the big factory connectors under the box and used friction tape at the joints for a factory look...

Diagnostic connectors installed...

Got some Accel goodies in...
