no ;) , looking at it from the passenger side you can't till i hit anything. i just got it home and took off the the grill and the whole front clip thingy. needs a new radiator, A/C condenser, and tranny cooler. those will be the major $$$, then a new hood, front clip and grill and head lights ect.........

Sounds like the perfect reason to do a 97-01 swap. ;)

Rob L.

Unless you are like me and don't like the '97 + look ;) . I think they should be left alone and kept looking the way that they were meant to be.

Glad it's not any worse than that and that it is able to be saved. From your other description, I was imagining it a lot worse than what I see.

You got about a $200 repair if you buy those parts used.

The ranger had it coming. Ditch the a/c, now you can make onboard air.

dumb question, whats onboard air?

It's a compressor mounted in the truck for airing up the tires after you've done an off-road excursion and have to drive home on pavement. Many Jeepers adapt the a/c compressor for this job rather than buy an aftermarket electric compressor.

It would get you back on the road untill you wanted or could afford to spend $160 for a triple core rad.

Of course I got lucky and found a brand new triple core rad at the junkyard, then about a week later a brand new stock double core rad.

That blows!

Now to take your mind off it for a second:

Did you get the temp and oil pressure gauge in your new gauge cluster working yet?

I would get a new lifetime warranty radiator, and get everything else used.

i got the oil working right, my temp though, at cold it reads 210 and normal operating it reads about 260/280.

Prior to me owning it, I think something like this happened to my blue MJ. The body lines don't line up nicely on the drivers side of the truck and no matter what I do I can't get them perfect. Also there are slightly bent pieces of the uniframe up near the drivers door inside of the fender...

The truck looks fixable for sure :clapping: just be aware that you might start having issues with panels lining up from now on... :ack:
