How can I put this picture as my avatar

You need to reduce it to the proper size to fit in that spot. I think it is limited to about 80 - 100 pixels wide for an avatar.

 

EDIT: Here...try this. Save it to your file and then try to load it.

To reduce I use a program called ACDSee. Does a good job of retaining details as it gets shrunk. I can even just type in 100x150 and it'll shrink tit to those specs. Last time I used Paint for that it was a real pain in the butt. :(

There is no reason that the one I did would not work...it's just a reduced piture, but I'm glad you got it figured out anyway. :thumbsup:
