Junkyards use an old guitar string and two people to saw the glue around the window.

 

Kinda like a two-man-buck saw on a log ;)

yeah a few flathead screwdrivers . start around the corners to pop them out. do the left side first rather than doing the lower side it will slide out much easier

I have pulled a few. They are a bear because of the glue. What king of window are you replacing?

 

Are you going from a solid glass to a slider?
