  6. Did a tune up and put in my ford 302 injectors.
  7. Got some pics of the seats. I also put some 5.0 injectors in today. The MJ runs a TON better, i don't know if its because they are 5.0 injectors or if its just because i replaced the injectors at all. the old ones were pretty nasty. SEATS old nasty injector, this isnt even the worst one....... New injectors installed next on the list is to do the valve cover swap.
  8. any year WJ LCA's are good, just have to grind down the bushings to fit the MJ. and the valve cover if from an XJ will have to be 97 or newer to be the steel one. hopefully i will be headed back to D's upullit on sunday or monday for the valve cover and maybe some LCA's
  9. got my "new" seats put in today. found some nice ones at the JY the other day. the ones with the big bolsters and the open headrest. ill post some pics as soon as i take some. they feel like they sit higher, don't know if its because they came from an XJ or if its because i was so used to my old dilapidated seats. Erik

  21. need some 31's in northeast PA. let me know what ya got! Erik
  22. nope, its only first gear that has an issue. i posted this on the NAGCA forum and no one has even looked at the thread so ole reliable CC.Com is my only hope here, aside from a transmission shop......I'm not goin down that road until i have a bit more info.
  23. you mean the little thing that plugs in under the dash? as far as it acting the same, when its in D its starting off in second gear, thats why its so sluggish.
  24. my wife's 97 zj if the problem child here. i got it from a friend who had the tranny rebuilt a couple of years ago and then let the jeep sit for quite some time. so now when you put it in drive and step on the gas it moves very sluggish at first then picks up, thought it was low on tranny fluid but i was wrong, if i actually put the tranny in 1st and step on the gas, it doesn't move at all. so my question here is what could this be, is it as serious as a "new" tranny? or could it be a bad band? something just gummed up? any input would be great. 97,4.0,4x4, not sure what model tranny it is, sorry. Erik
