  1. yes, the 97+ valve cover has a baffle in the top of it that keeps the oil inside the valve cover and out of your intake. ill be doing this upgrade this weekend. i believe STERLINGSTINGER is also :cheers:

  5. remove the chassis harness, buy some wire and copy the harness? or you could have a new one made. or buy one from someone who is parting out their MJ and copy that one before you rip out your old one. Erik

  11. i had a similar problem. i pulled the switch and took the plug off and found a burnt connector. replaced the switch and all was well.
  12. pull the ignition switch off and have a look, its usually obvious if its bad. and if you just want to try one anyway its a cheap part at autozone.
  13. I was working on something similar for the trail MJ (using ripstop woodland camo), but I haven't gotten past doing the visors yet. I was thinking about using a kit from that E-bay guy for the Cordovan (Burgandy) headliner in the Granpa Jeep, but someone had posted that he's not selling them anymore. Let me know how that works out with the ripstop camo, i hashed over the idea of doing that with the digital MARPAT myself.

So i was out in the snow today, and my 4wd kept popping in and out, the roads were all snow so it wasnt binding on pavement and it only seemed to happen at steady speeds. i was only doing about 25-30. i could feel and hear it jumping in and out and the 4x4 light would turn on and off with the system. 4.0, np231, ba/10, d30/35. vacuum issue?   24. I traded my 5.9 zj for one :( i regret it every day. even worse is i get to see the 5.9 every day as no one has owned it since it was sold at auction after i traded it in. the used car dealer that has it wants like 10k for it :nuts:
