Yeah, my main concern is the wiring, i know i have seen a couple on here a long time ago, i just can't seem to find them now.

I can't imagine one from an xj is a direct fit for the back half. What needs to be done to make it work? Since i can't seem to scrounge up an mj harness.

I really need a new wiring harness for Mjolnir. Has anyone tried any of the aftermarket ones out there? I looked into ron francis, but he price is pretty steep. The only other one i found is from ez wiring. The price is good, just want to know if anyone has used them.

Someone had a list on here a while ago of alternators from other vehicles that for. I have not been able to find it as i have not masterd the search yet. Maybe someone else knows where it is.

Hmm, I'm probably going to buy that not too, but i was looking for the one that goes on the face of the dash board, its usually black. Thanks for that link, didnt know i could get one of those.

:popcorn: i have the same issue, except my accesories stay on even when the key is out. They do also turn off when i try to start it though.

I hadthe same issue on my 88, found loose bolts on my exhaist manifold to be the culprit. Erik

My 88 4.0 does nothing when i turn the key, nothing at all. I imagine its either the solenoid or the relay. I can crawl under and start it with a screwdriver on the starter, but i don't plan to do that every day. Also when i turn my truck off, my clock and radio lights all stay on. I have to disconnect my battery to keep it alive. Any ideas? Erik

I got my 19# yellow top ford 302 injectors on ebay, one of the best upgrades i did. Its in my project thread in my signature. The old ones were so clogged i don't even know how my truck was still running.

They are awesome, took me a while to find them on good shape. Too bad your not closer, i would trade you them for a gray bench.

Yup, closest i found was a link that had the exhaust manifold to downpipe bolts.
