so why would it only start when i turn my lights on?

So yesterday i went to start my truck and nothing, all i got was a weak buzzing sound like my battery was near dead, even though i know its not, so i turned the key again and same thing, so i turned it back again and tried to start it again, this time i held it forward for a few extra seconds and the batt gauge jumped up and my truck started. then later that night, i went to start it and same thing just a weak buzzing sound, so i turned on my headlights on so i could see the gauges and when i turned the key it started right up. then this morning, same deal turn the key only get buzzing. this time though while i was turning the key i turned on the headlights and sure enough the batt gauge jumped and my truck started right up. Now while the truck is running, all of my lights, thats headlights,tail lights,interior lights, and the face of my radio have a slight flicker to them, its faint but you can see it. needless to say I'm a bit stumped. i havent had the time yet to really dig into it, but if anyone has any suggestions i would love to hear them. No, never had anything like that. I just like doing my own work. And hey, if I can make them cheaper, why not share the goods? :brows: Yeah, i have thought of that (fabbing up fully fiberglass fenders or just the flares). Probably not the pre-runner style, but ones with extended built in flares. But then the question is, what do you do when you hit them on something? Fiberglass probably wouldn't hold up as well as the composites in the bushwackers. JD well, if you already have the molds, then you just make another. or sell another to someone who broke theirs. or make the out of plastic. Erik :beerhead:

Got a little work done this week, fixed my leaking exhaust, now i keep thinking something is wrong because i can't hear it. Replaced the rear slider with a factory tinted on with a working latch and i put some 31's on it.Most of the work to be done will get started come spring time.Still unsure about a good color though.... Put some aluminum foil around the trash can, they don't like to step on it for some reason, works for teaching them to stay off of the furniture too. Erik :beerhead:
