  1. i haven't checked yet but I'm still involved in moving my stuff from NJ to FL. Start the drive tonight. Getting the shocks from the store are just the plan.
  2. I'm getting my shocks from the superlift scratch and dent store on ebay for $10 a shock. Check it out, they've got an "unsure what shock you need" setup which asks the vehicle and how much lift and tells you what shock of theirs you need. Don't remember if they've got the measurements tho http://scratch.superlift.com/ebay/image ... kapp_1.pdf
  3. not started/not done yet including taxes for 2005. If they want my money bad enough they'll send me a letter asking nicely, at least I hope so :D
  4. darn they ended it early, now where will I get my rusty piece of american history? Oh I got enough of that in the driveway on the manche
  5. also call UPS and complain to them about the service and they'll refund it if you talk to the right people
  6. ok that's what I thought on the lights but wasn't sure so better safe than sorry. Any of the more likely parts that could have gone in the 3 month sit tho?
  7. thanks for sharing....got mine and my girls now to get stuff for mine i gotta call and say 1 of each please
  8. yep tried the jumpstart, no spark
  9. I am looking into getting an 87 cherokee. PO said it has a new battery and ran when parked 3 months ago. He went to start it and it had no spark. Its parked at the beach so I was wondering if sand might be the cause since it has a new battery. Any ideas oh comanche guru's? On a side note I picked up some cheapie lights to run as backup/tailgater lights but they only have 1 black pigtail and no wiring diagram with the packaging. Electrical troubleshooting is probably my weakest area so I figured I'd ask while I was here. Thanks in advance.
  10. Water pump is one of the things I did to mine when I got it. 3 hours start to finish, just a little cramped in there. I don't want to have to do it again lol
  11. welcome to the board, I'm in the same boat as you except mine is already 4x4. Enjoy the truck and the work ahead
  12. wonder how much the postal service charges if you put a stamp on the windshield
  13. make sure you find a reputable writeup which includes the tag *give the ax-15 once removed to razrwild* :D
  14. my friend has an 86 manche and it came with 3.52 gearing he told me. Don't know if that helps but just giving the info i have at hand.
  15. what I did on mine was unscrew the brake line from the rear valve and screw it into the other line going to the rear splitter then I clipped and crushed the return line since my lines are mostly frozen in place.
