Get 2 old steel rims that fit the car then weld a piece of 1/4 plate to it and put a lipe on the front and rear so as not to dig in to the ground and gusit it acordingly , or u could glue multiple trays together. and jeepco i agree with u but u have not lived till u try it , it is very fun.

Ya i seen him today and asked what he thought and he said that those things were called muts , it is a unibody construction / 4 wheel indipendent / and alota rust would realy pose a problem . he said it aint worth much with out an engine and parts are a PITA to come by. also they were never sold to the public , the military would cut the bodys in half and people started to gather them up and weld them back to gether . then they got smart and started to cut them in an X and thrown them in a huge pile making it almost impossable to put back to gether , though they are rare he said in rough shape it may not be worth more than a few hundred . but ya never know

remove the cotter pins in the upper / lower ball joints then smack the knuckel with a hammer ,pops right off then install in reverse, of course don't for get about the axel . check the manual fer torque specs and such and thats it .

I'm about 99% sure u can swap the whole knuckle assy. from any year dana 30, thats my plan any way on my rubi 44 since its still got 30 inners but if u know any better speak up.

bin think n bout it fer a wile and think it would be prity easy but i like the bigger booster setup to. just curious if anybodys done it er researched it a bit more? pros and cons to if ya like.

NO NO NO yer doon it all wrong. 1 u get a whole bathroom set / toilet sink , vanity and tp dispenser . 2 get two 8 ft 2x4 cut in half, a 4x4 piece of steel mesh and then make a square box and position the mesh in the midle of the box secured in place . 3 make a sutable stand fer the TP dispenser and vanity (or mount it to the sink depending on what u got ) .4 this is important get a piece of tarp or equivlent and secure it to bottom of the box making sure it is sealed tight all around(SO its not totaly distructive ) . 5 possition the toilet and accessories in the box and seccure . 6 get enuf concret to fill the box(i can't remember exactly how much to use) then load pre assembled art work and concret in to truck and cover with left over tarp (rember u might need to take water to the seen of the, well u know). and the last step goes with out sayn at this point, then sit back and watch ur work unfold in the mornin. :evil:

my girl friend/aka mother of my child asked me the other day when we were gona get married and i said as soon as i get the manche fixed caus its been broken fer a wile and i miss it (been saven up money fer the motor/axel/steering or so that was the plan) . :D ya she didnt like that to much wich means the manche is still broken , I'm broke and were getn married in october

ya it took me 3 tries to get my box right , and alota talkn to the right people to get all the kinks worked out .

Hey jeepco the box looks good but next time try to make it out of at least 5/8 MDF rather than plywood , it makes a big difference in sound quality . allso seperate the subs (put in a sealed partition inside the box) use cualk on all the joints , don't add any other speakers to the box like some 6x9 or anything and if u like u can port the box but i don't, dosnt sound as good. there is more to it but i type slow/ those are the basics my 2 sence il try to get some pics of mine

yes and no . negativly arching a spring isnt the best thing fer it but it happens all the time . what u want to do is flex the truck to its maximum with no tire rub, leave at least an inch or 2 clearnce around the tire then take ur measurements fer the bump stops. thats what i do

as long as u got the majority of it out u should be ok . it might run a little rough at first but i don't forsee any real problem in the long run
