hey i got 3.55 and i think that they hold the motor back so i am going to swap in an axle that has 4.11 in it already or just put them in myself as long as you take your time maybe ask another knowldgeable gear head if it looks good to him. (some day ill have a dana70 in the rear and a dana60 in the front and about 500hp turning 38s) i hear that they are not the best for long highway drives but they are do-able, in the city and around town as well as on the trail i hear that they are the best for a truck our size. :yes:

so i replaced the trackbar and the draglink balljoint waysmoother now but still i got a small shimmy so next week i will get my tires balanced and alignment

went to the alignment shop and they said they would not do the tire balance and alignment for me because guess what they saw that my tie rod end was bad and track bar was bad :D now i know where to spend money :( too bad the will never be the last time i say that.

hey guys i got a DW from 53ish-67ish then after that it smooth out now i got $400 to use ant try to fix the prolbem NO MORE than $400 #1-----so i hear a lot about the track bar do i need to replace the bar or some bushing on one of the ends. #2-----i put 2" spacers on the front and never got it aligned and the truck pulls to the right (this could be it but less likely) #3-----there is a little bar that goes from the steering box to the linkage at the end of the bar is a ball jount i heard a bump when i turned the wheel at a stop looked under there and saw a little play in the joint (i assume that it should be tight) #4----- i need to get new shocks. I'm really sure mine are shot what should i get (keep in mind the 2" spacers) :dunno: :hmm: your limit is $400 what to do to try and fix my DEATH WOBBLE

---shallow snow yes go thin ---DEEP snow go with wide tires to distrubite the weight over a broader area, in addation to this you can let air out of the tires to widen the contact patch even more. don't go below 12psi if you don't have bead lock ---Ice you want studded tires or even better idea don't drive on it!

try to get some "highway tires" they last forever and have great traction in the rain almost no hydroplaining :smart:

all for less than $300 i did all of the installataion myself and absoulty love it its good in the highs great in th lows (via the subwoofer) and best in the mid range if you want a video of the head unit and it all working send me a pm

what is your elevation there?

well that depends you could easly run 35" or even 38 :dunno: "... but they would rub and the dana 35 is a weak axle (or so ive been told) and i would use caution with tires over 33" :smart:
