  2. I just drilled it to 7/8s and used a tapered insert like this. http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/inssteer.html

  5. Serious Offroad 1 ton steering. Under the kuckle. Drop pitman arm came with my lift. To make this steering set up work you have to drill the Kuckles and drop pitman arm to 7/8s inch and put a tapered insert in them. The bilsten steering stabilizer, steering stabilizer bracket and steering set up ran me about $600.

  12. I'm going to install a 2001 xj e fan and I need help wireing it. I purchased a electric fan wireing kit. However I want to wire it straight to an on-off switch. Without a temp sensor. The fan has 3 wires coming out of it. Which ones do I use and which ones don't I?

  14. I don't have a plaque on mine.
  15. I have seen oem rattle can paint in the auto parts store and I would like to find some For my truck for touch ups. First off how do I find the Color? And then who would carry it? My mj is a 1988 pioneer. It's more of a navy blue with the silver and gray pioneer decal.
  16. Well what i did honestly didn't take more than 20-30 Mins. I spliced into the green/white wire going to the coil. Then split the power into the remote wire of the CD player and spliced the ground into the ground from the radio also.
  17. Yup that worked thanks guys. Got it all hooked up and started it and it turned on and read the rpm but about 3 of the LEDs in it were out. Smh..... Cheap china city products. Oh we'll, went ahead and ordered another one. At least it's all wired up now and ready just for plug and play when the new one comes in...
  18. Ok mine is a 88. What year is yours? I can take a picture when I get home
  19. My mj didn't come with a tach so I got a digital after market one. It is telling me to slice the signal wire into the wireing that goes to the distributor. Now my question is which one? It doesn't say.
  20. I'm aware of everything I'm going to need to go 8 inches besides the drop pitman arm. I just went a head and ordered one that said it was good for 4-8 inches of lift just to be safe.
  21. I am replacing all my steering components right now. New power steering pump, one ton tie rods, power steering lines, steering box ect. For the one ton steering I am having to drill out the knuckles and pitman arm to 7/8s of a inch for the new tie rod ends. The mj has a 4.5 inch lift on it right now put on by the previous owner. So I don't know if the pitman arm I have now is a stock one or a longer one fore the lift. I plan on lifting the front to 7.5-8.0 Inches by the end of the year. So my question is should I get a longer pitman arm right now. Also I have heard that the zj arms have a 1 inch longer drop. Could I use that or do I need to get one that would be good for 8 inches of lift for the future?
  22. I really like that sound. How loud is it in the cab? Not very, loud enough to enjoy it without it getting annoying.
  23. Whole exhaust is brand new. About 800 miles on it. And I put 20$ of gas in it and it still does it. Not as often. But still does it
