  1. Thats a good looking truck. Those are the best stock wheels in my opinion.
  2. We also got it on tape.
  3. Those door panels look really good. Nice job.
  4. You shouldn't have drank all that cough syrup before hand.
  5. I'm thinking of going that same direction with my Jeep.
  6. I finally got up off my @$$ on put some hood vents in. Anyone remember how I laid the all the vents on the hood and had a poll up? Well I didn't end up going with any of those ideas. And a view from the drivers seat. (Damn my phone takes good pictures.) I'm real happy with the way they turned out. Open cooling and some super sexy hoodvents, I'm even cooler now. (I'm talking about me, not my motor temp.)
  7. So my cooling swap is finally done. I'll post up some pics tomorrow. Does anyone have a spare fan shroud? I may or may not have destroyed mine.
  8. How are your motor mounts? If they are shot that could be what is eating up your tranny mount.
  9. mulipurposemj and I made it.
  10. Used shocks? I wouldn't recommend it, but if you are going that way, you could always just bring a tape measure to the junkyard, or check craigslist for people parting out jeeps, I usually always see stock parts for cheap when people install lift kits.
  11. Really? That's constructive criticism. It's not my truck and for some reason that comment bothers me. As Comanche Club President, I would like to apologize to you, driverdave, for the comments that were made by oregonman. Neither you or your MJ deserved it. Keep working at it, you are doing a great job!
  12. Who cares? You don't need it. Think of how much lighter your Jeep will be without it. :brows:
  13. OK, I'll admit it, I'm a kitty. I'm throwing my mechanical fan back on. I butchered the Taurus fan. How in the hell did anyone ever get that thing to fit. Maybe I'm just a dumdum. But hey now I have open cooling!
  14. This thread is ridiculous. Look, if drop brackets and long-arms were free, Which one would you choose? If they were both free, how many people do you think would be running drop brackets?
  15. People ditch their drop-brackets for long arms all the time. I've never heard of anyone going from long arms to drop brackets. That's got to say something.
  16. Do not spend the money on adjustable uppers and lowers and drop brackets. Period. For the same price, possibly less, you could buy the Rock Krawler 3-Link.

    The heep...

I wanna see the rest of it. What have you done. :shake:
  18. I wanna say it was the Ford. "StupidDuty" if I remember correctly.
  19. I've been running 10/30 in mine for a long time. No issues.
  20. Here is what you do. 1. Buy a stock 4.0 MJ 2. Swap your steering, suspension and any other desireable parts onto MJ #2 3. Sell the old one complete with a cracked block. 4. Enjoy your new found power and fuel injection. That is a hell of a lot easier and cheaper than a 4.0 swap, or most others for that matter. If your smart you'll actually come out ahead
