  2. When this happens is your engine temperature creeping up? Have you tried bypassing the fuel pump ballast resistor? bypass the white ballast resistor shown in the above picture by connecting both leads together, make sure you tape it up so it doesn't ground out. Try that and see what happens
  3. I realize the springs are the same but what do they base lift off? Some xj's were taller than other I'm factory 4x4 trim,.. I think to be safe I going to measure a few xj's in stock trim for a baseline
  4. Ok so I am 4" over a stock 4wd but I will be ordering XJ springs that being said are Cherokees similar to 4wds or 2wds whaen they measure the spring height lift? If my 2wd is the same as a Cherokee 4" of lift won't level it,,.
  5. Scored this up for $30.00 because it won't eject disks,.. LOL it's got rubber rollers and when they get dusty they won't eject,.. just have to clean it up inside and it will be GTG

  19. The potential donor is a 99 Jeep Cherokee Sport 5spd (4Wd, 2Dr) , the recipient is a 89 MJ 4.0 5spd (2wd). So if I understand flywheel to driveshafts and all parts in between are required.
  20. Thats why I was thinking the 99 tranny and t-case but what hoops will I have to jump through
  21. Ok who has done this? Want to make sure all my bases are covered,.. the 89 Manche is a 2wd 4.0 Peugeot , I have a 4wd Peugeot of unknown condition so I am considering making one of 2,.. Now that being said I found a 99 Cherokee sport in the PYP and thought about using that one,. So what obstacles will I run into in either situation,.. Thanks in advance! -J
  22. Middle of the axle to the fender flare for stock ride height
  23. The problem I have with my MJ is that when I got it it was kind of a cluster fawk MJ,.. It's a 2.5 4cyl truck with a 4.0L swapped in,.. now add the fact it had two different coils in the front the rear I can't really guess what else has been swapped and chopped on this poor little ba$tard,.. What are the axle center lines for all the models?
  24. Be a good tech post to take all the years of the Comanache and all the trim levels. I know with the XJ'S stock height seemed to vary by year and trim,...
