time to weld all these new parts on & mount the new fox shocks the driver side frame stiffener i cut to butt against the track bar bracket. made a front stiffener i had some help!

i am doing a 99+ intake swap W/ power steering pump & bracket W/ idler pully. this is the diagram i referenced off 99+ 4.0l i don't run A/C & i run my alternator on top in the A/C location looks more like this my ? is does any one else running 99+ belt & have clearance problem between the timing cover & the belt? i will move that hose clamp on the water pump. butt it looks like it will still hit the timing cover?

i am changing out the JKS bar pin eliminators & went with T&J upper bypass shock mounts & i will figure out the bottom axle side mount on my own. butt i want to get these new bypass shocks mounted. Fox 2.5 bypass 10''stroke also doing fox hydraulic bump stops W/ the T&J bump stops mounts. a friend from NAXJA got me some front frame stiffeners, smiler to the ones TMR makes.http://www.temper-mentalracing.com/TMR/Parts_and_Services.html

the new presser line the PSC bracket to mount the remote reservoir to the break master cylinder is for a ,99+, & i still run my stock 92 Master cylinder so i moved the PCM & made a bracket to mount the reservoir to the fender wall. PSC recommends running a heat sink cooler for this system. i went W/ a Derale dual pass aluminum heat sink cooler #13261 from summit racing

i made two cuts, w/ 4 1/2 angel grinder, one on the in side of the fender well as far in as i could with out cutting in to the in side metal. the other cut was on the out side of the bed side. i traced the top line of the stock fender flair. you can see from my pics. the PSC system comes with all AN fittings (power steering pump & reservoir) the power steering box needs to be adapted

I also have 90 Cherokee W chrome trim! but fenders are termed & miss matched, drivers white & passengers is red. bottom marker lights are smocked black & no stock bumper or stock head lights to offer you? :???: :chillin:

i run fiberglass fenders. & i want to keep them. i don't have stock fenders i can offer you :???: i would be willing to trade the complete header panel & ya i still have the grill. but why do you want to trade down in years?? :hmm:

they are the stock bedsides W/ the wheel wells cut out then i pulled them out & made some simple tie in to the frame & extended the fuel fill tube. W/33'' 12.50s & 5.5'' of lift I have not got pulled over yet!. Butt two of my friends W/ Cherokees have. they say it is cowman to get fix it tickets from CHP for mud flaps. A friends fix he used 1 screw! :wrench: just had it on his jeep long enough to get his fix it ticket sighed off. :cheers:

did some trimming to the fenders & up to 33'' tires. here is some pics of the new ride height & locked burnouts. :popcorn: my red 90 Cherokee W/ 3.5 lift & 31'' my Comanche's old lift. testing the alternator up top. not a drop no it! :thumbsup:
