  1. I am looking to replace all the window seals in the Comanche. I have some some research and came across some old ones. HAs anyone done this project in the last year or so, and if so is there a kit I can buy that has everything in it. Thanks guys.
  2. I have some but I am in Central Illinois. They are yours if you are close at all
  3. I appreciate that. You can tell I am a bit novice and tired. Lol. Replacing a rear main seal, and oil pan gasket, and new oil pan is fun for a fly by day mechanic I was panicking for a bit.
  4. Hi guys. I am butthole deep in changing my rear main seal and oil pan. I came across this hole that looks to have something missing. At least one bolt hole. Is something supposed to cover that, and what? Mine is clearly gone so where can I get one? Thanks guys!
  5. I have a set you could have but they are in central Illinois. Not the best shape but they would do.
  6. Hi guys I am looking for a set of 2 inner fender flairs. I’m guessing the metal studs and plastic piece. I have the rear now but need the front. Let me know if you have a decent set. Thanks
  7. I believe I got mine from quadratec. They have a few different colors. So far I am pleased with them.
  8. Man that didn’t last long. That thing was nice. I need a 10 slot for mine.
  9. Man that’s fancy! Not sure I want to go to that length for my mirror. Lol. Just want one that won’t shake when I drive. Haha
  10. I took it to safelite and they changed the button and all. I think the aftermarket mirror is just junk. Lol
  11. I had the whole thing changed. Metal pin and all.
  12. Hi guys, I just replaced my old rearview mirror with one from Oreillys. Needless to say I am a bit disappointed in it. I went from an 8” to 10” which I wanted to do, but driving down the road the view is jumping all over the place. It’s like it’s not tight enough. Anyone have any good recommendations for an aftermarket 10” basic mirror? Thanks in advance
  13. That could be right. This stuff on the the trim is fairly thick. It does start to bubble and peel though. It is just a process.
  14. Here is a bit of progress guys in removing the rubber. Not the best picture but I will get more. I bought some aircraft remover an had to do it in stages. Spray, wait, Peel or scrape, repeat. I was trying to use a plastic scraper but the chemical starts eating through it. Oops rookie mistake. I was pretty gentle, but I did get a few light scratches in on it when I switched to a small metal scraper. I’m will try to buff them out. I was not lucky enough to have it just wipe off though. I can attest it does work but it will take some time. Overall I am pleased with how it looks though. Sorry guys not the best pictures. I will grab more when I am done and it’s warmer. Lol
  15. Lol. I’ll be dead by then.
  16. Yes Eagle on the inside of the door. Mine is popping pretty good. 😆
  17. Can anyone recommend a good door check, bracket and pin. I have the infamous door pop and want it to go way. Thanks guys
  18. Thank you! Do they make replacements if I mess them up.
  19. Thank you! I will give that a try. I didn’t know you could remove them. Any tips on that?
  20. Hi guys, I have been searching around the forum about how to remove that black vinyl coating from the chrome window trim. Can somebody point me in the right direction or let me know how they removed it? Mine is just peeling off but some is really stuck on there. I want to peel it off and polish the chrome. Thanks
  21. Bump. Someone surely knows the inner diameter and length of the hose? Or even has an extra I could buy. Looking for clips too. Thanks guys
  22. Hi guys, I am working on my window project and can someone tell me what kind of tune I need to put the window worm through. My drivers side is missing the black hose and I want to replace it. I’m not sure what inner diameter to get. Can someone also tell me what kind of plastic clip to get to pop in the hole in the door. I can’t think of what they are called. Thanks !
  23. Well it was a whopping 6 degrees this morning and he wouldn’t start. The starter just clicked. I jumped him and he started. He definitely doesn’t like the cold. I’m guessing I should replace the battery but idk at this point.
