Would anyone happen to know if they would work for an XJ as well? If so, mark me down for 2 sets, otherwise if not XJ compatible, I'd still take 1 set for sure.

I've personally seen and looked over this MJ, and am still in awe of it. In fact, I think there still might be some drool from me in the engine bay :yes: . I gave you ample opportunity to buy the MJ15, so can't say they weren't out there :waving: . Oh well, I trust the new owner and the direction it's headed. :thumbsup: Also, what's this about a DD 4cyl MPFI? Where have I been? :chillin:

Definitely either a Toyota or a Datsun. Look at the hood lines, it has a small bulge in the center where our Jeeps have an indention. Also, on the back end shots, the wording on the tailgate is too long to say "Jeep". Plus, that truck is all around too small to be an MJ. :popcorn:

Eagle, you mention the need to run Word and Excel? Have you looked into OpenOffice? It's a freeware program that does all them kinds of documents and more. http://www.openoffice.org I have used it for a few years, just to open and modify documents, and it has worked great in all areas.

Actually Pete, I haven't really explored that option in great depth yet as I thought it would have sold already. I know there is one member on here that splits his time between Menomonie and Minneapolis and is kind of interested in buying it, but I'd have to call him to see if he has his XJ sold yet or not. There is anouther member here that is about half hour north-east of me, but he's not on here that much either. I'd honestly rather sell it though, as I don't have a need or use for it anymore since I got Gizmo (my XJ). I know Jeepco has talked about wanting it, as has Geonovast, but (no offense meant to either of them) who knows when they'd be able to get it, and since the office is on me so hard lately, I'm kinda stuck on what to do. I do appreciate the offer from you as well Pete, and I'm sorry for taking this thread so far off track with this.

That was the first (small) laugh I've had since I got home, thanks. If I could, I'd seriously think about it, but I kind of like the 1.5 hour drive to my docs that I have now; it would be nearly impossible to make a 6 hour one way trip every 2 weeks and still have enough money to survive on.

Well, I've been home since the 23rd, and everything is still here, so that's a positive at least. I just have NO place to put either Baby or Gizmo for now, and the MJ15 is using the storage unit for now, so I'd have to either find a place for Baby, or find anouther place to store the MJ15, or get it sold ASAP and move Baby into the storage unit. Regaurdless of that, I have to get rid of the MJ15, as I have no need or use for it anymore, and now with this new circumstance, I'm just beyond stressed, worried, and scared, and still too sick to be able to do anything about it. I may have to just face facts and start looking for a new place to live is all. :mad: :grrrr:

That's just it, I have to find out on Monday what's going to happen. I'm already dreading to find out though.

I wouldn't mind, but there's no way possible for me to make it. I'm in no condition to even really be leaving the house too much yet, even though I know I have no choice shortly, as I've officially been given papers from my apartment office that if I don't have one of my Jeeps moved 2 weeks ago, it's not going to be pretty. :headpop:

I've seen some good air time in Baby before, not something I want to do again though. My damage list wasn't quite too severe, mainly because I landed almost nose first (I found dirt in the Jeep letters on the header panel that wasn't there before), but did incur some pretty bad damage nonetheless. If your axle is crabwalking, there's something really wrong there, take a good look at everything you can think of, and even the things you wouldn't normally think of looking at.

I say take that 7"-8" of lift, and lower it anouther 10"-11". :D

Although I am still on home oxygen, and still on the I.V. meds, I'm out of there nonetheless. Now the real long road begins, the one that gets me healthier again.

New update again. I had PFTs today (Friday) again, and well, let's just say they weren't too great. So, because of that, mixed with my CO2 levels haven't come down yet, starting last nite I have been using bi-pap while I sleep, and will more than likely end up having to use one at home as well. Good news though, I will be home early next week, just in time for the holidays. :clapping:

Well, I finally got a second to update. My PFTs went about as expected, poorly, so I'm no longer sure if a weekend break out is possible. :grrrr: Anyways, I also now have a scheduled CT scan of my sinuses tomorrow to see if there's any troubles there. For now though, I have to sign off and get some sleep that I believe I've earned. As usual, I'll keep everyone posted, and have to thank you all yet again for everything. We have to set up a nationwide meet & greet some time, so I can buy those of age a .
