I drove it today. I normally drive it everyday but some days it just feels like an accomplishment that its still on the road. Good feeling. It's the little things.

If it needs the transfercase, you might need the rear shaft as well. some of the work is eliminated if it still has the 4wd front axle in it, I think that would be a good 1/4 of the work. Share some pics :)

Actually turned out to be the suspected relay. Going to still run more tests to make sure it doesn't happen again for any reason at all... Replaced and runs again.

Going to put some bedliner in it?

yes sir, suggestions? I'm thinking +/- posts, +/bat on relay, and bat/I or bat/g on the relay? correct?

Disconnected, lightly sanded post and connector. no difference.

So, side question to go with this, should RockAuto run out of these eventually, or just to make ease of finding/purchasing by making more selection... I found this one that has the diagram on the side of it... I was wondering if it was possible to eliminate the F pin by connecting it to the threaded post? anyone with electrical knowledge have some advice?

Anyone ever had to replace the starter relay? I suspect mine to be faulty, right now I'm getting two alternating scenarios. A. - turn key, nothing no dash. Battery tests at 95% with 12.5v. No broken fuses. No loose wires. B. - turn key everything comes up as it should, turn to starter, small humming no crank, everything goes off like someone disconnected the battery. New items, optima red top battery, alternator, starter... (just ordered a set of cables from meanlemons too) Suspect culprit.

Any recommendations on bushing sleeves? Never had to do that before.

Found a set for JK 2011 for dirt cheap. Wondering if it might be a good swap for the tired 30 yr old suspension on my truck. I've taken it to the dealer twice now, 110,xxx 111,xxx (finally got the odometer turning on it, but I put about 5k on it easily.)

Reach under the dash, rip this out. Done. edit: the one that was in mine wasn't even plugged in...
