how much lift will grand cherokee coils will give me? I think i read before it was 4.5'' and with a SOA in the back will the truck be level? only with these mods do I have to change the UCA and LCA? I also know that the LCA from a grand cherokee are stiffer then the oem but are they longer? I know about the brakes lines YJ lines in the front and dakota 95 in the rear remember this very low budget mods lolll

here it is now that its all stripped naked and I'm still amaze by how much rust it does not have I'm ready to tackle the whole thing I still need a few thing -
I'm getting ready to fix and repaint my naked MJ I striped it from everything so I can fix the rust and repaint everything (but I'm not looking for a 3000$ paint job) cheapest is not the best but........I don't mind paying a bit more then the cheapest to start : as I grind and sand every parts I don't wanna leave naked metal because my garage is not heated and cause new rust what type of primer should I use for now until I order POR 15 ? how much POR 15 do I need to do::: the engine bay, the cab floor, underneath the cab and the rear frame for the rest of the cab and the bed how much paint will I need? more tech now, I got a light blue truck and I wanna paint it ''2010 F-150 blue'' do I need to prime it before or can i just paint over it? I know my questions might not sound so clear but bear with me I'm french

on the same note I'm redoing my own MJ and I'm wondering what I will put as for flares I know that some XJ owners put YJ or TJ flares on theirs to widen them and cover more of the tires is that a common mod to do on MJ to? -

Image Not Found this is your ring gear a good way to find out your ratio is to find out how many time your drive shaft turn for a complete wheel turn roughly 3.5 drive shaftturn for a full rotation of your tire gives you a 3.56 a bit more then 4 turn would give you a 4.11 ratio -

I don't seem to be able to find a place to buy floor boards for my 86 comanche I've find a couple site for cherokee's but after comparing the pics and my truck pics they don't seem to match After looking on the forum I found that you guys made your own 16 gage sheet metal then you make lines in it (with a roller?? haven't seen that at local parts store) can you guys tell me more ?? I can do the job if I know how -

well here is what I found after taking the whole interieur out its not nearly as bad as I tought aldo I was expecting some rust (there is no such a thing as a rust free jeep lolllllllllll) :wall: after working on trucks from quebec I was amaze to find how easy it is to work on a truck from alberta where they don't use salt on the roads so not everything is stuck in the rust that is the driver side flooring woth some holes on the flooring and I know that ill have tu cut a lot more to install the new sheet metal the second one is the passenger side witch is not as bad and I hope that after a good cleaning won't have to be replace I laso have a couple questions for you guys I bought an engine cleaner (degreaser) but it says on it to NOT put it on paint or I might damage it so WHAT DO YOU GUYS USE ON THE ENGINE BAY to take the dirt and grease out ??? second question what should I buy for flooring ?? premade flooring sheet or make my own?? -
