  1. Thats what she said... Sorry had to :brows:
  2. Well see, like I said before, what you need is the entire wiring harness from an MPI 2.5 XJ, and swap the WHOLE harness over, thats the easiest way to do it
  3. Well consider it, besides the sensors, every plug in the vehicle is going to be different, from the guages to the tail lights, it can probably be done, but it would be FAR more difficult
  4. The set I snagged off of an 86 are painted like those... but silver
  5. Worst issues youre gonna have are wiring, best way to go about it is to pull an entire harness from an MPI MJ or XJ, the TJ harness isnt going to work
  6. Tie rod, steering box, I dunno if the sway bar and coil springs will do you any good as they arent from a V8, not completely sure of the t cases on the zj, but id nab a 231 or 242, avoid the 249
  7.
  8. IMNSHO the only vehicles that really benefit from Efans are older cars with clutchless mechanical fans
  9. To be honest the Taurus fan conversion we did on my buddies 97 TJ didnt do much, fan pulled a LOT of juice from the alternator and taxed the engine that way, no such thing as "free energy"
  10. sorry guys but I'm also eying that red 73 Mach 1
  11. :hijack: Hey mythreesons, glad to see another member in our area
  12. Could be a flasher, or a fuse eaten up by clutch fluid
  13. All of the above, plus they changed the bolt pattern from 5x4.5 to 5x5
  14. Hmm well wait... I do like that Gladiator concept pickup... Might have to do that, it wouldnt really be a comanche though
  15. A slight :hijack: but has anyone used the POR bedliner product? Wonder if that is any good
  16. Late model xj, EXTENDED CAB, short bed, WK CRD v6, six speed stick, ford axles 8in in front 9in in the back, 33s etc
  17. Truck is stock height, with 2wd leaves, swb... I'm just swapping the axle for now, but Ill probably just do what you said Pete, I was just wondering if anyone knew what they came like from the factory
  18. The problem being that I need to avoid downtime as much as possible, I'm hoping to find the factory spec
  19. And its for my 89 MJ, the axle is from an XJ
  20. I'm going to be welding the perches on my XJ d44, but I need to know the angles that the perches are gonna sit at. Thanks guys
  21. Personally I do not like cats on my 4x4s due to the fire hazard if you park on dry grass/leaves... I have a flowmaster 40 with no cat and a turndown, and I think it sounds great
  22. Don't like the JK but want a 4 door wrangler? Just buy two TJs and cut and weld together! This is my friend Alan's 4 door TJ, it was featured on the powerblock... Custom 4 link front/rear, sterling 10.25 rear, dana 60 front, injected 350, etc. etc. (and no that is not Alan in the picture, that's brandon... he's not very smart) sorry :hijack: I thought it was slightly relevant
  23. Well said, but you forgot to mention the best part... Its not a toyota!
