ive got a 4 cyl 4 speed and with p 225 /75 r 15s i can spin the wheels in 1st and 2nd gear no problem and it has lots of power.

the one you need . it always happens . ive been needing my 10 milimetre wrench for awile and it walked away rob i agree 100% with everything

i wish i could find / use ,etal that clean but it doesnt exist around here unless you buy it from the store and in some cases ots even abit rusty there. right now I'm wsing steel ive haed for years and it has some suface rust and ive tried wire wheeling a piece off once and the surface rust won't come off.

you realy should look at lifting it a bit and putting some knobby tiers under it . it be a great hunting camping vehicle

opps i just remembered its a 20 % duty cycle and 88 amps and its advertised as a 100 amp welder

it will handle 0.35 thats what I'm putting in after the roll of 0.30 runs out I'm just to lazy to change tips when ive got 0.30 rolls.

I'm using flux core .(0.30 at the moment) the duty cycle is 40% at 80 amps i think something like that . crap i can't remember all the specs illl post them tomorrow . i do know its got 4 heat settings and upp to 10 wire speed .don't remember much else . its a mastercraft welder

no i was able to see from the water mark down my interior trim. and also because my glove box keeps filling with water. but popping the trim off would probably help

i was weldong on clean steel today no paint coating or rust on it i swear to you. i use a high heat and no extesion cord because i got the truck close enough so i didnt need it .i think my welding was much better this time than before . and i only got flashed once and lit myself on fire once too.LOL

check around the windshield fframe thats where it leaks on one of mine

i thik we should go to his place beat him up and get all the cc guys to get the asking price then give him the money and tell him to keep it

wow that frame of yours is clean :eek: . anyway i wish i will someday find metal in this rea that is that clean it is almost not possible to get metal that clean without paying much more than i can offord. right now I'm just learning and its starting too look like this will be an offroad truck but I'm still going to clean it up and fix body panels and all that stuff and try inspecting it once i finish but its looking like it will be offroad only. and i will keep taking advice. i must ask though have my welds improved much since tha last batch of pics?

and no i followed eagles advice where he said to cut and notch around the bbody mount which i did and i didnt really completly finish welding it all the way in today and that includes the ends so ill fish eye them with a grinder.

Hope its high quality. Otherwise the bit will twist and snap.... Took me three sets of cheap torx before I paid high dollar. its mastercraft so its pretty decent

AW CRAP! i forgot about that. anyway it doesnt really matter because now I'm just fixing it to be and offroad truck because i found more frame damage but i WILL do it on the one i make tomorrow. :wall: and i was welding to clean metal today i wasnt filling in gaps in those welds that was on the other side . i did a weld and it was nice but i burnt through on the edges so i put it on lower heat and went over it again to fix where it burnt through.

okay i got quite abit done today well not a whole lot but a lot for me . beds off the frame is seperating here my patch plate burned in hows it look?

i know some people used flowmaster super 40s . i while never using one on a 4.0 like cherry bomb turbos or glasspacks there is many opinions
