3" in Rought Country Lift off of 2000 Jeep Cherokee + the front coils. everything but shackle bushings. for 150$ & 93 Xj 4.5" leafs skyjacker. just leafs, for 75$ Which if either would bolt up to my MJ. Thx in advance

Usually when I'm out driving around in my Cj's i get some ppl that come up and talk about jeep with me Sharing old stories about their dads old willys and what not, but recently more and more ppl are doin the same with my MJ. The third time this week actuallly. And they are always super friendly. Today i delivered some pizzas to a local elementary and some guy in the parking lot talked to me for like 20 mins, about his 2 mjs. This time i made sure to pass along the word of the club :D Jeep ppl gotta be one of few to do this, at least in my experiences. A buddy of mine has a riced out integra. :nuts: yea hes weird. But other ppl in similiar cars never stop to talk and figure out what mods have been done. They always just talk crap about how its built all wrong and just wanna rev their Rice-a-Roni boxes. I don't know whats goin on but, JEEP PEOPLE ROCK

That looks a lot like Haspin Acres in IN, but i guess a lot of places have similiar looking trees and dirt. haha Nice to see a 2wd out in the dirt, :popcorn:

Next time theres a pow wow someone just needs to taek a lot of quality pics and write up a short article/story about the club and everything. that would have more of a chance to get in the mag, then the editors sending a ppl across the country

Technically its not mcdies parking lot, theres a public access behind mcdies and its like a half an acre of paved parking lot....nolights no poles completley open. Iunderstand cops r just doin there job, but its not like i wasor had much potential tohurt anyone or anything....o well they can't camp there all winter lol

So I'm coming down 75 from Lima to Cincy, and its snowing super good, but the roads didnt seem to be all that slick. So right at Liberty Way *near Mason* the MJ's rearend suddenly cathces up to the front, :eek: :help: :eek: resulting in a complete sideways slide at 50mph, i turned into it and gunned it, luckily it slid around and stuck like a magnet to the road straight. Needless to say i continues the rest of the way somewhere around 30 mph... So i get home and decide to go do donuts behind the local Mcdonalds, well a cop was hiding in the corner lights out, and before i cld do anythng he drove right next to me and yelled over the PA system. "don't DO DONUTS"....haha it was hiularious.

Mine won't shift into second when its cold...let it warm up for like tewn mins about the time the heat is actuallly hot, and all is fine.

I did some snow drifting, while my roommate and his neon did the same, only difference i failed to slide into a light post.hahah.

my MJ is olive drab, and the XJ was already planedd to be the same. ha Good call.

I worked as a lottech during that at a Jeep dealer, we basically drained oil. Replaced it with this glass liquid mix stuff, then fired her up and redlined the motor till she went Bang!, as enjoyable as it was to get paid blowing motors up, it was sad seeing numerous 4.0s go out tlike that. :( I got video on my cell of an old D150 blowing a 318. :popcorn: its rather cool haha

THe merkur is deffinately rare, only ive ever seenin person is mine. so that gets huge points, and after only owning several old jeeps with a max of 4 speeds, (minus the MJ) a vehicel with some speed is intriguing. The lure of an XJ on 33's built to the top is deffinatelly more tempting though. THe guy comes to check it out tmrw so well see hwat goes down.. If i get the Xj its gonna be a pure trail rig, and some build advice will be needed, *different thread different time tho* :cheers:

Its a prety fast little car, but I'm thinking a lot like you are. If nothing else i may be able to turn the manche to 4wd with the xjs drivetrains and have a motor with only 155k on it, as opposed to the one in the MJ that has 288k

Trading my 85 Ford MErkur for this lovely XJ, Stats: Merkur, 2.3 turbod 4 banger, 5speed. wiring harness is destroyed, salvage title, doesnt run, needs a minumum of 1K to get it up and running solid. XJ: 1990 laredo, 4.0 auto 4x4, runs&drives, needs bloer motor/switch, ignition switch, and new tires.

Plugged leak in my gas tank, and changed oil.... tmrw hopefully get back on task and get my bumper started.

been fighting with the bed of my MJ sonce 10am this morning, still not off yet.... :(

I got, a speedway 20$ giftcard, a hershey bar, and soaked via delivering pizzas all xmas eve (until 1am). Go team christmas :ack: ha

Replaced the starter and battery cables, and twashed her up. Tmrw i start pulling the bed to paint the frame and underside of bed..*hopefully* :yes:

2500$ reserve, but IMO totally worth it, if i could sell my jeeps id drive that thing daily. :yes:

I have the 225Dauntless in my 71 cj5 and i love it, all kinds of power and torque, kudos on the purchases. love the purple one. :D
