overheating problem or bad gauge

What gauge cluster do you have? I had the blue gauge cluster with idiot lights, light was coming on, swapped in full cluster, was never over heating. -

Honestly, that wasn't really intentional lol. I had to turn around and get out of the road. I only stopped because the back tire was barely touching the ground and just kept spinning lol.

all stock height except for the 2" coil spacer.

yes its connected. And I'm in TN on Mt. Aetna. I ended up having to park it halfway up because there was a sheet of ice about 20' long. I rode in the bed of my dads z71.
