well it doesnt look like the rollbar in my mj but it might work. you could maybe have him measure the width of it and the length of the wheel well bars. I'm not sure. i just know that the ranger is a compact truck and the manche is a midsize so i just figured they wouldnt match up.

just wondering what engines would swap with the 2.8L v6. need more power then this pos has. i don't want to do any cutting or anything like that so what ever would fit right in its place and have better power and stuff would be great.

ok then that doesnt sound right for a long bed and also the ranger should be too narrow for the bar width i would think. since the ranger is a compact truck on the comanche a midsize.

can u post the pics and i could tell you. my 88 has a rollbar but its a short bed so i could compare.

maybe make the scroll bar on the side darker or at least change the bar color itself so its easier to see when siting here on my laptop.

yea a mj toy for the dash would be cool. found that mj r/c. and man is it sweet. so detailed. look at the axles on that thing and how low the pressure in the tires are!!

that stomper is a jtruck. i have a red one on my comanches dash untill i can find a comanche toy. which they are out there. i use to have a pic of one. ill see if i can find it again.

has anyone put any axles off a fsj under their comanche that could help me out on what all i need to do this and how i would go about doin this? one axle is a 44 the other is a amc 20 and they both are from an 84 gw. heck I'm not even sure if i can do this with this 2.8L engine. so any help on this will be great. thx alot for the help.

alright hey thanks ill talk that over with my bud who is helping me restore this thing and see what he thinks.

thx for the talk on the motors its helpin out on options a bunch. ill keep all this in mind but the engine probly won't get much done to it for about a year or so. so whatever else you can put out there keep it comin.

well all of you are right about the crap factor of this engine but its what i got stuck with if i wanted a 4x4 comanche. I'm gonna do an engine swap asap. if any of you have any good ideas on an engine to put in it with out any body cutting or anything it would help alot.
