DirtyComanche
Image Not Found Wasn't too bad. I need to deal with the rear shocks; one of them bottomed out and moved its mount... The front needs some more trimming too. Oh, and I need to finish my exhaust and throw some decking on it. And bumpers! Need those, just about lost my headlights. Man, that's a crappy pic. Ohwell. pingpong
I never thought we were going to see your rig all together  Good job  As for the shocks, the best thing to do since you don't have a bed in the way  is to build a custom x-memebr to mount some longer shocks to. Even if you use stock lenght shocks you will bottom out, and you won't have enough down travel, to make a difference :brows: Also whats up with all the fancy smancy doors and full fenders :loser:
DirtyComanche
Thanks Pat. I'd thought about the rear shocks a lot and figured I'd mount them so they were triangulated towards the rear. Either by welding some brackets to the existing X-memeber or building a new one. I just threw them on there as-is to make it driveable. And I've got more trimming to do! I have to have the flares on there for it to be legal  . And those doors come off. Just mud/water/snow and mild trails really don't warrant pulling them off. Pete M
Wow, it finally looks like an MJ and not a chop-shop victim! :D Very nice! Are the front tires as close to the rear of the wheelwells as it appears?
DirtyComanche
No, it's my poor photography. That and I've got a couple more inches to cut out there.

DirtyComanche
I took a few more: This is the only "Before" pic that I actually have. Notice the crange... Image Not Found And now: Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found I didn't get the exhaust done yet either. I've got the pipe to run it up the back of the cab... And like I said, I need to trim some more.
mjeff87
I'm straight-up DIGGIN' the "legal" rear lights  Nice build, man. Flat black to boot...... Jeff
DirtyComanche
It's crappy tire bedliner. Seems pretty tough, and non-slip; so when I have to crawl out of my window and onto my hood I won't fall in the mud... The rear bumper is going to get hacked and shortened. Then I gotta find some other lights. Unless I can work those stockers in.
pingpong
Go with Rv lights like mine. They have everything you need :D plus they are stylish :nanner: Try adjusting your Long Arms out to re-center your wheel, that might help with the way it looks :brows: BTW love the flat black 8)
DirtyComanche
Maybe I should push them out an inch or so, won't hurt. I think it only looks off centre because I didn't trim enough in the back. I'll fix that too...
feerocknok
Me likes! The tail lights are killer. I lost a blinker on my Toyota having a bumber like that! It's awesome approach for the tires, but no good if you don't want body damage. Good work!
