hgeranium
My eliminator decal has seen much better days. It also abruptly stops at the fender because one of the previous owners put new fenders on it. I just wanted some other opinions on if I should keep what’s left of the decal or just pull it off now? I plan on getting another fresh one put on when I get a new stock bumper and non-chopped fenders. It just really bothers me that the decal stops at the fenders. It makes the color mismatch look way more noticeably and you can’t even really tell what it is anyways.

fiatslug87
Remove it but you will probably still have a ghost stripe.

Thank yall! I was definitely more leaning that way but I just needed that extra nudge because it’ll probably be a couple of years until I can put a new decal on
watchamakalit
I think ghost stripes look better than failed decals. +1 for removal

Will keep the thread updated. I’m curious how much it’ll change the look of the truck
fiatslug87
I removed my Pioneer decals a few years ago from my white ‘88 and actually like the slight ghost striping.

What was your strategy on getting it off? I tried messing with it earlier and the pieces i can even get lifted just break off into hard tiny pieces. I fear I may have to tediously sit there spraying goo gone and slowly scraping it all off with a plastic razor blade.
