AX15 External Slave Bell Housing

Does anyone have a bell housing for an external slave cylinder ax15? I'm converting mine from internal to external. If you have a whole transmission and don't wanna separate them I'm still interested

I've got an AX-15 to 2.5L bellhousing...looks like you build is a 4.0 though?
