garyweb3
While I have the ps pump disconnected from my 87 Comanche w/2.5L for some other maintenance I want to repaint the pulley. I'm not exactly sure how to get it off. If I remember correctly I replaced the pump about 20 years ago and I wouldn't think it would have come with the pulley. The TSM lists a part number for a puller and a installer tool. Anybody know what they look like if that is what is needed to remove the pulley? AZJeff
If there is an Autozone or an Oreillys nearby, you can get the tool on loan from them to take off and reinstall the pulley. there are plenty of YouTube videos on how such tools are used to remove or install the pulley on to the PS pump shaft.
