Spinnakerblue89
Just food for thought, are you certain it isn't an electrical or sensorial problem? What exactly happens when you try to start the truck, walk us through the things you see and hear, please.

Eagle_SX4
I don't have much experience with engine building. However it would help to find out which bearing(s) is causing the issue. Loosen all the caps and then torque one cap at a time and check rotation and figure out if it is just one bearing causing the issue or all of them. BTW, I assume the OP has slathered all the crank journals with assembly lube or, at the least, motor oil.
TurboedMJ
https://www.enginelabs.com/engine-tech/engine/explaining-under-and-oversized-engine-bearings-with-king-bearings/ Make sure your bearings are all the right size.
