Ricky8227
So I’m assuming previous owner obviously did a 4.0 swap from and xj and there is a lot of unplugged wires on the right side of the interior. Anyone know what all these wires go to? Was the harness the previous owner put in from an 4 door xj and all these are for that? Can they just be cut off? eaglescout526
It’s hard to say what is what but typically the interior isn’t associated with the engine, just the Jeep. What I’m seeing looks like the 4 terminal connector for the vanity mirror Relay for the power antenna Tweeter connector Can’t really tell what the rest is but definitely a higher trim XJ swap. Gjeep
I wouldn't cut it as it ties into other things; in addition to what eaglescout called out, the other connectors are overhead console related and interior footwell lighting. Again, it's all tied into other things that may or may not be affected when you chop away.

87MJTIM
The purple wires that run to the flat-black and green connectors are for speakers. The blk is the tweeter that mounts to the lower dash panel. The green goes into the door for the door speaker. The other wires may be for pwr windows and locks.
