Another wiring question

What plug in here I think xj it air temp sensor but not sure on a mj

It 1990 comanche 4 liter and I don't have any spare sensor any help would be grateful

Just a quick note this plug is in loom that run on the bottom rail behind the bumper

Are those fusible links on that harness? If so, should be the Engine Harness. Could be Radiator Temperature SW for cooling fan control (A/C equipped).

Is it for fog lamps?

Yes it engine harness that run across the bottom radiator rail . I will check colour for fog light

There should be two similar connectors, one on each side.

Quite certain that it is the ambient temp sensor for the overhead console in a XJ. Unless there are 2 of them one on each side for the fog lights.

 

To my knowledge both XJ's and MJ's got the same harness from the bulkhead forward but the MJ got some stuff removed from the cab side. For example XJ's got a low washer light and overhead console with temp but those wires are missing on the MJ. 

 

Here is some info on that plug but no pics.
