Rocker arm bolt tightening 88 jeep 4.0 6i

My question is…. Tighten rocker arm bolt to 194 lb? Then 19? On the bolt

In lbs or ft lbs?  the bolts won't hold at ft lbs

I can imagine it should be inch lbs. You will destroy something at ft lbs

Ha yes . My wrench does in and ft….but only goes down so far in….inches. Just trying to figure out the initial tightening spec then the check
