Manche757 Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 I can not find writeups on changing cluster indicator lights to gauges for an 87MJ 4.0 5speed. Might someone point me off in the right direction? The truck is 2600 miles away so I would like to email the write up to the mechanic. If I recall correctly, the water temperature sensor needs to be changed and one other one. What is that other one?

gogmorgo Posted January 28, 2024 Posted January 28, 2024 Oil pressure sending unit. The coolant temp sensor is for the ecu, not the gauge. You want to change the coolant temp sender at the back of the head.
