Has anybody made a lexan or similar material back glass with roll bar down bars thru it in a comanche?

Lexan or other thermoplastics won't be very scratch resistant, and some of them might even have UV light sensitivity, depending on what the exact thermoplastic of choice is used.

For something like the race truck posted above, it's no big deal, because it's life expectancy isn't measured in years.

For a regular street vehicle, though, getting a thermoplastic in sheet form that has scratch resistance and UV tolerance is going to be tough (and expensive).
