Lewis E Posted August 22, 2023 Share Posted August 22, 2023 I made this with a piece of 1/4 inch textured ABS I got on Amazon. Trial and error trimming until it fit the opening the way I wanted. The edge is tapered inward slightly. I stuck it in there with black water based caulk. The rubber insert is from a 2000-2004 Nissan Frontier Xterra which I got new on eBay. It fits a 12oz can really well but I have to take the insert out for a large cup. I think it turned out well and looks reasonably factory.
