JimBorecky
So I've been hesitate about posting this, as FULL DISCLOSURE: I AM NOT A DRAFTSMAN. Not sure how accurate this drawing is. Drawing is at the bottom. With that being said, someone was kind enough to let me measure their SWB Factory Rollbar. If anyone is adventurous enough to have a muffler shop bend one, it will be about the same quality and thickness as the originals. Better yet if someone has access to a mandrel tube bender and wants to make ones that would actually protect you in a rollover. I bet you could sell a few. Salvagedcircuit
Very cool! At this point, I should just try and make one for my long bed as I have a better chance of winning the lotto than finding one in any affordable manner.

Let me know how the measurements worked out if you do.
Salvagedcircuit
Absolutely! I was able to source the tubing I needed to fix my hacked up rollbar. It's 3in OD seamless driveshaft tube. it's 0.95in thick. I got the tube in and it matched the OD of the rollbar exactly. I should be welding it up soon when I get my welding tank refilled. OldSch88L
Is that a 6 foot bed roll bar? Any chance you could post the length of the kickers? Mine were cut and shortened tu put in another vehicle, so I'm trying to put it back to spec.
fiatslug87
Approximately 31” for the SWB bar.
tugboat95
Do you have any info on the mounting brackets. I located an aftermarket one but it doesn't have the brackets. I'm searching for pictures or info on how they are actually mounted, especially the front part
fiatslug87
The fronts are 5 1/8”x4 1/2” and bolt in front of the drain plugs and brackets (G&F in the diagram) under the bed are required for installation. The rears are 7 1/2”x5 1/2” and mount to the front of the wheel well and also have a backing plate (E in the diagram) underneath. All have rubber gaskets between them and the bed (D in the diagram). tugboat95
Thanks for the pictures and measurements. They are a huge help. At least now I know where and how to start.I have a copy of that drawing in my manual. Do you know the measurements for the brackets under the bed?. I think I'm gonna have to fabricate something as I know those brackets are next to impossible to find. I guess I could always do the cardboard aid and design method.
