Id it common for the ac decks to go bad? anything that runs the big current can melt or go bad. this includes the headlight switch which is why the relay kits are popular. A little corrosion or slightly loose connection, coupled with heavy current from an aging blower motor, and things are gonna get HOT. But there’s your classic example of a multimeter misleading you. My headlights are pretty bright but they are leds though. And as far as the plug it looked fairly nice the last time i checked it but no doubt will do the upgrade just to be sure the same plug we are talking about is the one the headlight harness plugs into right Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
