Axle nut size?

So my 89 has a bad wheel bearing and to alleviate having to run to the store to grab the right size socket, I was wondering what the axle nut size is?  

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Grab a cheap socket set, then you won't have to run to the store everytime you need a socket. IIRC, it's a 9/16 or 5/8 socket. Metric 14 or 15 mm

Unless you are talking about the lug nuts, then you want 3/4 or 13/16

More details would help... Front axle nut, I'm pretty sure it's a 36mm on a 4x4. Otherwise the front bearing is held in by three 12-points bolts, something like 13 or 14mm, can't remember which...

Sorry. I’m talking about the nut that holds the axle into the wheel bearing.

I’ve picked up two sockets for doing this over the years. One is 36mm and the other is 1-/38”, which is pretty close to 35mm, so 36mm should be close enough.
