Intermittent wipers not working

Almost done with the 87 Chief interior swap into my 89 Base. Haven't driven it really til now, and I noticed a few things wrong with the wipers.

 

-In low and high, the wipers don't return to the cowl when you turn them off, they just stop where ever they are when you turn them off. 

-The actual intermittent section doesn't seem to work at all

-Note: When you rotate the whole switch forwards for mist, the wipers go once and return to the cowl as intended

 

Is there some sort of intermittent wiper relay or box that I could be missing or not have plugged in?

There should be an intermitten wiper module under the dash

Looks like this. I'm working on refurbing a few. Waiting on some capacitors.

That’s what that was lol. I still have it somewhere, not sure if I remember there being an extra connector laying under the dash but there must be

It would be the two connectors you connected together that plug into the module.
