A904 Transmission Problems

I have an 86 2.5 MJ with the A904 but I am wanting to know common problems with it.  I think the one I have now is slipping and was wondering if it’s hard to rebuild, hard to find parts, etc.

Well first thing we’re all probably gonna ask is how is the fluid? Burnt? Low?

Also, the 904s have belts that need periodic adjustment. Could just be it hasn't been adjusted in a while. They're still popular with vintage Dodge racing guys, so parts aren't super hard to get for the age. Later versions were called the 30RH, though I don't know how many parts cross over.
