Dickinson County Comanche
I have a slight vacuum leak at the EGR itself. The intake side has a slight leak.
fiatslug87
After market O2 sensors seem to be garbage. If you probe between A&B of the connector on the sensor it should read 5-7 ohms, aftermarket (NTK, Bosch, Amix-Ada) ones are reading only 4ohms from what I’ve seen. Find an actual NOS Mopar one. Tested my O2 sensor and got just over 0 ohms. Like probably .001 of an ohm. Definitely an issue there I’d say.

Dickinson County Comanche
Coming back after a while to say I have solved this, it was the coolant temperature sensor that was bad and causing it to not enter closed loop. My fault for using cheap Rockauto sensors, thing was probably bad out of the box.
Duncan Moody
Glad it's solved, and appreciate you posting the update. What make CTS did you finally use?

I used the NTK EF0072. When I did the engine swap I relocated my sensor to the 91+ location.
