tilt forward seat lever

Need to remove the handle to install new bezel. It appears to be a roll pin into a blind hole in the plastic handle. Any ideas how to remove without destroying it?

... drill a hole on the other side of the handle so the blind hole ain't a blind hole no more. Hate those stupid things.

Is it just a roll pin that can be driven out after the unblinding of the hole?
