CGCWO
Looking for thoughts/opinions on some lingering problems. Since day on I have not had any dash lights, or interior lights except for the b-pillar lights (euromatic). Blinker indicators and high beam indicator all work. So it’s just dash and interior courtesy lights that seem to not be working. Neither door switch seems to work after replacing the degraded originals. I checked fuses, they were good. Also just swapped in a full cluster and tach did not register upon startup. Bolt meter and fuel gauge seem to work. Any ideas where I should start? jdog
Headlight switch is where I'd start
scaleless
I agree with Jdog - corrosion and crud commonly gunk up the dimmer portion of the headlight switch and lead to no interior lights just as you described.
Minuit
While you're checking the headlight switch for basic function and a molten connector, I'd also check the dash ground on the lower left side of the dash frame, and also make sure the bolts holding the dash to the body on either side are tight. CGCWO
Thanks for the tips. I previously redressed the ground on derives side of truck under dash, but haven’t check the dash bolt ins.
