Seat foam kit?

Are there any aftermarket companies making foam kits for these or is that a custom job? I literally don't know the first thing about interiors.

You can normally swipe the seat foams from the passenger side if you need a good one. The seat pan is the same as well. I'm not aware of any company at this time

Thanks. I should have mentioned that it's for a bench seat but I'm sure the answer is still the same.
