What do you haul? How heavy is too heavy?

Few weeks ago it was two 4.0s in the bed.

 

Tomorrow its a cummins 5.9l 24v for 110miles.

I've set a new record for the MJ trailer.  2 whole 4.0s, 1 aw4, 2 242s, 2ton engine hoist, engine stand, plus some random skidplates and a half-freezer.  oh, and my childhood schwinn (green with the banana seat).  I guess I'm not allowed to question the strength of those frame welds ever again.  

 

I did have to leave my spare CRD bare block behind.

needs some love to get back to this kind of condition, but she'll get it    mine doesn't have the fancy brakes though.  foot brakes for the win.

Man we used to load my Dads MJ with firewood to the top of the cab. It would sit on the bumps stops and wouldn't budge an inch. Then the dog would be on top hanging on for dear life. Only drive about a mile though.
