tkgibbs27
considering swapping the 2.8 for a 4.0 instead of the 3.4 (too hard to find) despite the firewall. the 4.0 are a whole lot more common over here. my dad is willing to help me out with it so i am not concerned about all the work having to be done. but i am curious about the 4.5 stroker you can get from putting in the 258 crank. is that all you have to do or do you have to change the header or shorten the pistols or anything? tkgibbs27
 nobody is going to answer my question? the delivery date wouldn't tell you anything about the engine bay and if the firewall was interchanged then would it? delivery date was 8-1-86. i am trying everything i can to figure out if it was a late or early 86. except for pulling the motor out. and that doesn't cost any money.
