Should I paint the door card to match the new hardware...? And... what do you paint this (pleather?) with....?

They have special paint that can be used on plastic trim.  I STRONGLY recommend you use that.   Using "regular" spray paint might cause some weird stuff to happen to your plastic, and ruin it.

 

The stuff I use is from Colorbond, and can be found on Amazon.

Secondary paint question. Can the front clip plastics survive the powder coating process? Maybe a low temp brand? 300f.

I doubt it. I say that because even leaving them in the sun for too long and they start to warp if they’re not on the vehicle
