Dammerung
My alternator’s internal regulator has finally bit the bullet. It only charges if I’m going real fast, which doesn’t happen often. I’m also looking to put in a stereo system in the future. What cars could I pull a high power alternator from? Or if I get a new one from rockauto or autozone, are there certain sizes or types I should be aware of? I have a 1988 2wd pioneer, if that helps at all. eaglescout526
GM alts from the same time as our trucks is a direct plug n play. Unless you have a 2.5L without AC which requires a special pulley.

I heard some stuff about having cases that are too big.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
