just move the perches. :L:  even if you fix the rear shackle distance, the perches still won't match the front leaf mounting points distance apart. 

 

you can even use this opportunity to get some anit-wrap perches.   :grinyes:

I have no welder and or welding experience, so therefore I will have to find someone that can do it for me.

 

Where can I buy anti-wrap perches, as anything like that would be very helpful!

Yes sir. My truck had a Ford 8.8, with the SOA done to it, when I bought it. That 8.8 was geared 3.73 and the front diff/axle was still stock 3.08, With Cad... so therefore it was in pre runner mode.

 

Since then, those axles have been swapped out with (already matching geared XJ axles) Yukon 4.56, lunchbox rear, Eaton LSD front (Chrysler 8.25/Dana30HP.)

If you do get a welder and aren't confident, you can get it all measured up, level, and tacked in place...just enough to hold it during transport, then take it to a friend or any welding place to finish burning it in.

 

I like the ruff-stuff perches, myself. :)

This.  Do not weld spring perches as your first welding project.  You're going to have to burn them on hot and need to be able to trust those welds.  They may take more stress than any other welds on the vehicle.

I built my entire truck without welding a single thing myself.  :D  bumpers, suspension, rock rails... everything but the bends in the rollbar were fabbed by me using a drill/grinder and then hauling it to a pro for welding.  I'm not about to trust my life to my own welding skills.
